A free invoice tracker that stays in your browser
Every invoice you download, print or save from the invoice generator lands here. You see what you're owed, what's overdue and what's been paid, without a spreadsheet and without an account.
See what needs chasing at a glance
Each invoice gets a colour for how urgent it is. The list puts the most urgent at the top.
- Overdue 45 days30 days or more past due. Time for a firm follow-up.
- Overdue 5 daysPast the due date. A friendly reminder usually does it.
- Due in 3 daysDue within 7 days.
- Due in 20 daysSent and not due yet.
- PaidMarked paid, with the date.
At the top you get two totals: how much is waiting to be paid and how much of it is overdue, in each currency you bill in. Filter the list by All, Unpaid, Overdue or Paid.
Mark paid and send a receipt
When a client pays, press Mark paid. The invoice turns green and moves out of your totals. A Receipt button appears on it: one tap downloads a PDF receipt showing the amount paid, the date and a zero balance, ready to send to your client. Your original invoice stays as it was.
Export, back up and move your data
- Invoices CSV: every invoice with its line items, client details, tax, status and paid date. Opens in Excel, Google Sheets or Numbers.
- Backup file: everything in one file. Import it on another computer or phone to pick up where you left off.
- Saved clients and items: import a client list or price list from a spreadsheet, and export them back.
Private by design
Your invoices are stored in this browser only. Nothing is sent to our servers and there's no account, so nobody else can see them, including us. That also means clearing your browser data deletes them, so download a backup now and then. How your data is handled.
Invoice tracker questions
Is the invoice tracker free?
Yes. Tracking, receipts and exports are free, with no account to create. We don't limit how many invoices you keep. Your browser has room for thousands, and if it ever fills up we'll tell you how to make space.
How does it know an invoice is overdue?
It compares the due date on the invoice with today's date. The day after the due date the invoice turns red, and after 30 days it turns solid red so it stands out.
Can I see my invoices on my phone and my computer?
Your invoices live in the browser you made them in. To use them on another device, download a backup here and import it there.
Can my accountant get a copy?
Yes. Download the Invoices CSV and send it. It has every invoice with its line items, client details, tax, status and paid date.
